- The Free Radical Test kit is designed for your patient at home to self-test first morning urine and check for free radical activity in the body
- It checks for the presence of Malondialdehyde (MDA) which is the most prevalent by-product of lipid peroxidation and is an indication of free radical activity
- All you need to do is drop the 2 ampoules containing the solutions into the urine container and the result is almost instantaneous and can be compared to a color chart provided with the kit
- This test is more accurate than blood because MDA is often quickly removed from your blood into the urine by the kidneys
