Three steps to take a measurement:
1. Turn on the body measure tape: Press the power button until the device powers on. Ensure the display is functioning and ready for measurements
2. Connect to the App: Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is enabled. Open the App, go to the "+" and "my Devices" section, and add the tape. Follow the prompts to complete the pairing
3. Measure and record: Wrap the tape around the body part you wish to measure. Once the measurement is displayed on the screen, press the “Yes” button on the tape to confirm and save the data.
