NUMED is a Lebanese and Middle East based company that provides and manufactures medical and nutrition clinical equipment along with general and customized educational tools adapted for the local and international populations. NUMED can offer services as well including the development and production of any 2-D or 3-D product (i.e. fake food) adapted exactly to your personal or institution needs.
NUMED was created to meet the growing need for educational tools, medical equipment, and health awareness in Lebanon, the Middle East and remote countries. In order for that to be established, NUMED counts and flourishes through a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals, gathering, among others, nutritionists, medical doctors, clinical dieticians, business developers, graphic designers and Products researchers.
Employing its scientific and professional backgrounds, the NUMED team is available to advise on any diagnostic or educational tool you're interested in for your clinic's practice or institution's need.

Ziad Harb | MD- Founder & CEO
Dr. Ziad Harb is the founder and CEO of NUMED, a position he has held since 2010. A distinguished sports medicine specialist, university professor, and researcher, Dr. Harb brings a unique blend of scientistic expertise and artistic vision to the healthcare industry.
As the visionary behind the NUMED concept, Dr. Harb has been instrumental in cultivating the technical team’s craftsmanship and artistic skills. Under his leadership, the organization has achieved the advanced level of expertise required to manufacture NUMED’s signature range of products. Beyond his clinical and creative contributions, Dr. Harb’s organizational acumen was pivotal in building the company’s current infrastructure. Through extensive research and strategic procurement, he has secured exclusive partnerships with global suppliers, ensuring NUMED offers only the highest-quality products. Additionally, Dr. Harb oversees the operations of the NFU.
Nayef El Arab | Business Development Director
Nayef Al Arab serves as the Director of Business Development and Sales Department (BDS) at NUMED, where he leads the company’s expansion strategies and global partnerships initiatives. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) which complements his robust background in international companies and a proven track record of driving revenue growth, Nayef is responsible for identifying new market opportunities and cultivating long-term strategic alliances.
Nayef’s expertise lies in bridging development and market demand. By leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of the international landscape. He ensures that NUMED remains at the forefront of the industry. In addition to high-level negotiations, he works closely with the executive team to align business objectives with the company’s mission of excellence.
Mabelle Azar |Business Consultant
Mabelle Azar serves as a Business Consultant at NUMED, where she provides guidance in key departments and tasks. Since joining NUMED in 2015 as a sales Representative, Mabelle has demonstrated an exceptional trajectory of leadership and dedication.
Her deep understanding of the industry allowed her to transition quickly into key management roles, serving as sales manager before being appointed as Director in 2017. A recognized voice in the field, she frequently represents NUMED at major nutrition conferences across Lebanon, the MEA and the Mediterranean, including Cyprus, Greece, Egypt, the UAE and Jordan.
Pamela Nassar | HR Manager
Pamela serves as the HR Manager at NUMED, where she aligns the company’s human capital strategies with its mission of excellence in nutrition. Bringing a unique perspective to the leadership team, she holds a master’s degree in human nutrition with a strong background in nutrition a robust experience in HR and team leading allowing her to deeply understand the technical expertise required of the professionals she manages.
By bridging the gap between clinical understanding and professional development, she plays a vital role in sustaining NUMED’s growth and internal excellence.
Naimeh Awad |Business Development and sales Manager - Lebanon
Naimeh serves as the Business Development and Sales Department Manager at NUMED in the Lebanese territory. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and dietetics and is a licensed Dietitian with a strong background in nutrition joined NUMED late 2024 as a Sales Representative. Her deep technical knowledge and commitment to excellence led to her swift promotion to BDS Manager in November 2025.
In her current role, Naimeh leverages her nutritional expertise to bridge the gap between scientific innovation and client needs. She is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts and ensuring that NUMED’s product solutions are effectively integrated into professional practices.
Joyce Tawk | BDS Department Manager - Qatar - Kuwait
Joyce serves as the Country Business Development & Sales Manager at NUMED, joining the team in 2025. A specialist in Clinical Nutrition, she brings a high-level academic foundation to her strategic oversight of the company’s domestic market expansion.
Prior to joining NUMED, Joyce built a distinguished career at Action Hunger. Her experience in this renowned international humanitarian organization provided her with unique expertise in regional operations, strategic planning, and large-scale management.
Hanine Hatoum |Executive & Administrative Coordinator
Hanine serves as the Executive & Administrative coordinator at NUMED, responsible for supporting the CEO and overseeing the administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient organizational performance.
She holds a master's in business administration (MBA), equipping her with a strong foundation in Business administration and operations management. With a structured and detail-oriented approach, Hanine plays a key role in coordinating daily activities and consistency across the organization.
Elie Mofleh | Chief Accountant
Elie serves as the Accounting Manager at NUMED, where he oversees the organization’s financial department with a focus on precision, transparency and strategic fiscal planning. He holds a master’s degree in Audit bringing advanced expertise in financial controls, compliance, and risk management. With extensive experience in financial management, Elie is responsible for the integrity of the company’s accounting system, ensuring full compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
